In addition to joining a small group, servant teams are a great way to get involved in Crusade and help serve. It takes lot of people to organize the many events that we have each week with Crusade. Below are the different committees, a brief description of what they do, and who to get in contact with if you would like to help. This can be a great way to get to know a lot of new people in a smaller group.  If you would like more information about any of our servant teams please don't hesitate to contact the leaders. We always need more help!

Weekly Meeting

This team is in need of many people in order to make the weekly meeting happen each week.  This team includes the worship, sound and video, set-up, power point, and info card organizing teams. We are also in need of peope who enjoy making videos.  If you have a heart to serve "behind the scenes" then this team is for you.

Outreach/Evangelism

Desiring to bring the message of Christ to every student?  Outreach team works to create opportunities for students to impact UNCW and the greater Wilmington community for Christ.  This team resources the ministry with evangelistic tools, works with international students, and promotes a spirit of compassion through service.

Prayer

The Prayer Team is a group of students united in prayer to see God move at UNCW as well as in the world.  Relying on prayer as the backbone of the ministry, this team desires is to help facilitate a spirit of prayer on our campus by coordinating Monday Morning, Wednesday, and Thrusday prayer, Praise and Prayer Nights, and prayer requests at the weekly meeting.

Conferences

Promoting the opportunities of Fall Getaway, Winter Conference, Spring Break Trips, and Summer Projects, this team recruits students throughout the year to take advantage of these life-changing events. If you have a heart for conferences and recruiting for them, this team is for you.

Community/Socials

Are you excited to connect people with each other in such a large group?  The Community team organizes social events to promote fellowship and community within Crusade and provides opportunities to bring in non-believers through a welcoming and fun atmosphere.  This team aims to build community by organizing events such as luaus, roller skating, Halloween parties, Christmas parties, and the semi-formal. If you have a heart to help with community and enjoy planning events then this team is for you.
